We design and manufacture equipment in Starachowice, Poland, providing complete solutions for confectioneries, bakeries, pasta makers, and egg and egg liquid producers.

Our portfolio includes egg breakers with yolk and white separation, egg liquid centrifuges, washers, UV-C disinfection systems, filters, and pasteurization equipment. OVO-TECH machines are currently operating in dozens of countries on every continent, supporting customers from Kamchatka to South America.

How long have we been operating?

OVO-TECH has been operating continuously since 2003, when Piotr Drapejkowski founded the company in Starachowice. From a small workshop, a brand has grown into one of the globally recognized leaders in industrial egg processing.

For over two decades, we have continually expanded our product range, modernized key models (including the MX-1 series of egg washers), and introduced new equipment, such as shell oiling systems. Today, our machines are present in plants on every continent, and we regularly expand our portfolio with new solutions for the food industry.
