Semi-Automatic CIP System
The built-in Clean-In-Place system automatically disinfects the unit after a simple hose adjustment, ensuring maximum hygiene with minimal downtime. -
Flexible Modular Layout
The modular design allows the tank and chiller to be installed in separate rooms, providing versatile placement to fit your facility's specific space requirements.
Product description
The pasteurizer set consists of two machines: the M-500 pasteurizer and the BagInBox filling machine. The pasteuriser is filled with a liquid egg which is then automatically pasteurized and cooled. The cooled egg fluid is then pumped into the bag filler where it is measured and then pumped into the plastic BagInBox bags. The machine is equipped with a semi-automatic Clean-In-Place (CIP) system, which automatically cleans and disinfects the machine after changing the hose configuration. The tank and the chiller unit can stand in separate rooms on the same level.
FAQ
How much does pasteurization extend the shelf life of egg mass?
Pasteurized egg mass retains its freshness and usability for up to 30 days.
At what temperature does the pasteurization process take place?
The mass is heated to 66–69°C for approximately 15–20 minutes.
Does the unit have a cooling system?
Yes, the pasteurizer has a built-in unit that rapidly cools the mass after heating.
What microorganisms does the pasteurization process destroy?
It destroys vegetative cells of dangerous bacteria and harmful yeasts.
What types of packaging can be used for the finished egg mass?
The machine fills Bag-In-Box pouches with a capacity of 1 to 20 liters.
Is the liquid dosing precise?
Yes, the pasteurizers are equipped with a semi-automatic filling machine with high dosing precision.
Is the pasteurized egg mass suitable for sale in cartons?
Yes, Bag-In-Box pouches are perfectly suited for sale in bulk cartons.
Why does fresh egg mass require pasteurization?
Fresh egg mass immediately after breaking is extremely susceptible to rapid spoilage.
Is the M-500 pasteurizer easy to monitor?
Yes, pasteurization processes can be monitored remotely via Android devices or a web interface.
Are the pasteurization parameters recorded and archived?
Yes, the unit maintains a digital record of all key process parameters.
