RX-1 egg breaker

The RX mini egg breaker uses a gravity-roller feeder to feed the eggs into the breaking section. The high productivity of the machine is achieved through the use of innovative rotary breaking mechanisms. The machine breaks the eggshells using specially shaped knives, mimicking the work of human hands. This maximally hygienic method of breaking eggs is an innovation by OVO-TECH. The broken eggs then flow through a specially designed compact controller for additional quality control. After flowing through the controller, the eggs go to the separator, where the yolks are separated from the whites. The volume of shells from the broken eggs is reduced using an stand-alone UZS universal shell crusher. This ensures a 95% reduction in the volume of shells. After operation, the machine can be washed using its integrated CIP system . The machine is made of INOX EN 1.4301 (AISI 304) steel.
