UDTJ-500 HD centrifugal egg cracker
- Replaces 90 persons
-
Heavy-Duty Multi-Functional Performance
This high-capacity machine serves as both an automatic cracker for liquid egg production and a specialized centrifuge for drying eggshells to maximize raw material recovery. -
Industrial-Grade Precision Filtration
The advanced 0.8 mm rotating mesh filter ensures a perfectly clean final product by effectively capturing all shell fragments during the high-speed separation process. -
Continuous Workflow and Automatic Ejection
The system provides a fully automated cycle where liquid is safely channeled to containers while shells are instantly ejected, allowing for non-stop industrial operation.
Product description
The UDTJ-500 is heavy duty, automatic centrifugal egg cracker used for production of fresh liquid egg and drying of eggshells obtained from hand or machine breaking. After filling the hopper, the eggs are cracked and the eggshells are filtered out with the use of a special rotating filter with a mesh size of 0.8 mm. Clean egg liquid is then transported into a placed container and the eggshells are automatically removed from the machine.
FAQ
What is the capacity of the UDTJ model?
The capacity of the UDTJ series ranges from 5,000 to 120,000 eggs per hour.
How many workers can a single centrifuge replace?
The UDTJ series replaces the work of 8 to as many as 90 people involved in manual egg breaking.
What percentage of egg mass can be recovered from the shells?
The machine recovers up to 98% of the egg mass that would normally remain in the shells after breaking.
Does the centrifuge help with waste disposal?
Yes, the unit reduces the volume of eggshells by up to 80%, significantly lowering waste disposal costs.
Can there be shell fragments in the finished egg mass?
Due to the sieve design, trace amounts of micro-shell particles (so-called 'sand') may appear.
How to achieve 99.9% purity of the mass from the centrifuge?
An optional slotted pressure filter (model FS) should be used, which traps particles larger than 0.2 mm.
What happens if a spoiled egg enters the centrifuge?
A spoiled egg will mix with the entire mass inside, requiring a work stoppage and thorough cleaning of the unit.
Is cleaning the centrifuge time-consuming?
No, the machine consists of several easily removable components (hopper, sieve, auger), allowing for quick and efficient cleaning.
Why is sieve cleanliness so important for safety?
A blocked sieve causes the machine to vibrate, which poses a risk to the operator and reduces the quality of the mass.
Does the operator need specialized qualifications?
No, any operator can handle the centrifuge after brief training.
