Product description
The RZ-8 egg breaker uses a conveyor belt to feed eggs into the breaking section. The device then cracks the shells using special knives, mimicking the action of human hands. The cracked eggs then flow through a specially designed meander for additional quality control. After flowing through the meander, the eggs pass to a separator, where the yolk is separated from the white. This most hygienic method of egg breaking is an innovation from OVO-TECH.
