Product description
The MX-6 washes the eggs in a 3D fashion thanks to the use of specially designed rotating brushes which clean all of the eggs’ surfaces. This allows for an exceptional level of cleanliness. First, the eggs are fed into the machine with the use of an integrated belt feeder. There, thanks to the use of specially profiled rollers, the eggs are rotated along their axis, while specially designed brushes wash the eggs at every angle, which results in a 3D washing effect. After washing, the eggs are transported into a drying section, where they are dried by a stream of warm air.The washer operates in a closed water circuit, which allows for its optimal use and reduces costs.
FAQ
What is the capacity of the MX washer series?
The capacity of the MX series ranges from 3,000 to 39,000 eggs per hour.
How many workers does the MX egg washer series replace?
The MX series replaces the work of 17 to as many as 85 people.
Can the MX washer damage eggs during the process?
No, the system uses gentle brushes that conform to the shape of the egg, eliminating the risk of breakage.
How much water does the MX-1 washer use?
Thanks to its closed-loop operation, the unit consumes only 90 liters of water per 8 hours of operation.
Can cracked eggs be cleaned in the washer?
No, washing cracked eggs is prohibited for hygienic and technical reasons.
Are washed eggs suitable for sale as a fresh product?
Yes, washed eggs are fully marketable and safe for sale or further processing.
What are the energy requirements for the washers?
A standard electrical connection of 230V or 400V is required, depending on the model specification.
Does the washer require access to a drainage system?
Yes, floor drains are required for free drainage of dirty water.
Is the washing process fully automated?
Yes, the eggs move through a brush system, minimizing worker involvement.
How does the MX washer affect hygiene in the facility?
It removes external contaminants from the shell, which is critical before the breaking process.
Is the washer's steel resistant to detergents?
The AISI 304 steel used is resistant to standard cleaning agents used in the food industry.
Where can I find the cleaning instructions for the unit?
There is a QR code on the casing that links to instructional videos.
