MX-0 tunnel egg washer also for extremely dirty eggs

The MX-0 tunnel washes the eggs in a 3D fashion thanks to the use of specially designed rotating brushes which clean all of the eggs’ surfaces. This allows for an exceptional level of cleanliness. First, the eggs are fed into the machine There, thanks to the use of specially profiled rollers, the eggs are rotated along their axis, while specially designed brushes with warm wather(20-45) °C wash the eggs at every angle, which results in a 3D washing effect. After washing, the eggs are transported into a drying section, where they are dried by a stream of warm air.

The washer does not have a rinsing tank or a washing tank. The washing section drains directly to the sewer system. Water consumption in this section is regulated by the customer with a ball valve. Water consumption is approximately 300 l/h, and the washing water temperature is regulated by a thermostatic mixing valve within a range of 20-45°C. The MX washer has adjustable egg washing capacity. Adjusting the machine’s capacity to the degree of soiling allows for optimal washing.
